We are here to help students, and their families, find suitable off-campus housing if desired. We can supply lists of the current off-campus listings, a list of realtors, directions, maps, and a comfortable place to sit and browse our resources.

We are located in the Department of Residence Life and Housing at 40 Coming Street on the second floor. Office hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm from Monday to Friday.

There's been an increase in occurrences of online scams lately, namely pertaining to money orders from scammers posing as international students. Please make sure you review our warning about these possibilities located at the top of this page.

Available Rental Properties
The Available Rental Properties is a listing of apartments and houses offered for rent by individual property owners, management companies, or realtors in the Charleston area.

Have Apartment/Need Roommate
The Have Apartment/Need Roommate is a listing of students who have an apartment or house off-campus and are looking for an additional roommate(s).

Need Apartment and Roommate
The Need Apartment/Need Roommate is a listing of persons who are either current students or incoming students without an apartment who are looking for a roommate to live with them off-campus.

Available Sublet
The Available Sublets is a listing of short-term rental properties. These properties are often just available for the summer or one semester.

Listings are normally updated within five business days of submission. In an effort to keep information current, listings posted in the Available Rental Properties and the Have Apartment/Need Roommate categories will remain online for 2 weeks. Listings posted in the Need Apartment/Need Roommate and the Sublet categories will remain on the website for 3 weeks.
