Campus Technologies provides Cougar ResNet, a 24-7 high-speed Ethernet Internet service connection to each student bed in every college residence hall. This service offers wired and wireless technology.

Toll Free Phone Support for Cougar ResNet is available 24 hours a day/365 days a year. Just call 1-866-RESNET1. The support available is limited to:
• Answering basic installation and configuration questions
• Diagnosing connectivity problems

In-Room Support for Cougar ResNet is available to diagnose network connectivity problems Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm. Call 723-1312 to schedule an appointment.

Campus Technologies provides access to the internet for online gaming. In order to access the internet on your console you must register the system on the Campus Technologies website. Just select Register Game System on the right side of the navigation bar.

The following residence halls have a WIRED connection to the Internet. Wireless Internet is not available at these locations. A category 5 Ethernet cable will be required to access the internet.

Wireless Desktop
If your desktop does not have a wireless reciever installed, a USB wireless reciever can be purchased at local stores such as Walmart or Best Buy.

Wireless Laptop
Almost every new laptop will come with a wireless network card already installed. If your laptop does not have a wireless card installed, one can be purchased at Best Buy, Staples, Wal-Mart, etc.
