The Work Orders Online (WOOL) system has been implemented throughout campus as the fastest, most expedient way to address your maintenance concerns. You are now able to submit Work Order Requests via your CougarTrail account and the instructions provided to you by your RHD. If you are unable to access the internet from your room, please use either the computer lab in your building (if such exists) or the nearest common computer terminal. Online is the fastest way to have your needs addressed. If the use of a common terminal is not an option for you, please use the paper work orders provided at your front desk. If you experience a maintenance emergency during normal business hours If you experience a maintenance emergency after normal business hours immediately contact your front desk.
