George Street Apartment Community is a 199 bed full apartment-style complex modeled after Warren Place. All bedrooms will be single occupancy. This complex is geared toward upperclassmen independent living, so community space is limited to two open rooftop courtyards (on top of the first floor) and an entry courtyard on ground level. Privately leased retail space will be on the ground floor (tenants still to be determined) and residents will occupy levels 2-5. This view is as if you are standing at the corner of George & St. Philip Streets. The image below shows the entry courtyard in the middle of the George Street block (across from the Sottile Theatre driveway).
