Liberty Street Residence Hall is a 439 Bed Freshmen residence hall located at the corner of St. Philip and Liberty Streets. All rooms are double occupancy. The best way to describe this design is an updated version of Buist Rivers Hall. Rooms are not suite style, but have a small study area in the front of the room and a shared bathroom between 2 bedrooms (1 bathroom per 4 residents). This new complex offers more community space. The white corner section of the building in the foreground are 2 two-level community rooms for studying, congregating and cooking. A game room or Home Theatre sits on a balcony that overlooks the lower level of living and cooking space. A new cafeteria will occupy the first floor space and residents will occupy floors 2-7. This view is as if you are standing in front of the Education Center.
