Residence Life and Housing provides College of Charleston campus sponsored conference groups/camps, student interns and CofC students with campus housing during the summer months. We offer a variety of residence halls and houses as space is available. The 2015 conference/camp season runs from June 1 to July 31.
Conference sponsors who are interested in requesting housing on campus between the dates above may use the forms below. Please contact our office at 843.953.5523 or email us at SummerHousing@cofc.edu for questions.

Summer Housing Forms
If meals or meeting space is required, a staff member will contact you for details.
Upon receipt of the request, an email confirmation will be sent with applicable details. Within 30 days of email confirmation, a contract will be forwarded to the conference contact for signature. A contract must be on file for all groups prior to check-in. Failure to return the signed contract will result in reservation cancellation.
The final invoice will be mailed within 30 days of the group's check-out date. Payments can be made to the Treasurer's Office.
