Warren Place Staff

Community Bio: Warren Place is an apartment complex consisting of three buildings located at the northern end of campus on Warren Street, between King and St. Philip Streets. 1 Warren consists of three floors, 10 Warren is five floors, and 20 Warren is four floors. Each building has a central laundry facility on the 1st floor and bicycle storage in an outside area shared by all buildings. Warren Place is arranged with all apartments opening to inside corridors. Each apartment is fully furnished and consists of 2-5 bedrooms (4-8 students per apartment); 1-2 bathrooms; a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, stove, and full-size refrigerator; as well as a living room with soft seating and one small end table. Each apartment has either a dining table and chairs or stools at the kitchen counter. Warren Place is air-conditioned, equipped with high-speed internet via Wi-Fi, and has controlled-access entry.
